The DCE DIT USA Alumni Association is seeking a dedicated volunteer to serve as a Club Support Associate, contributing 4-6 hours weekly to enhance our community engagement and support the smooth operation of our alumni club. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about community building, digital engagement, and providing exceptional support to our alumni network.

Responsibilities:

• Club Website Management: Assist in managing and updating our alumni website with the latest news, events, and resources, ensuring it remains a valuable hub for our community.

• Newsletter Coordination: Collaborate in creating and distributing the monthly alumni newsletter, working alongside other team members to highlight important updates, events, and alumni achievements.

• User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for alumni members, promptly addressing any inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through website features or event registrations.

• Event & Communication Support: Provide additional support as needed for virtual or in-person alumni events, helping coordinate communications to ensure smooth participation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with website or content management systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an enthusiasm for helping others.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.

This role provides an excellent way to develop digital and communication skills while playing a key role in connecting DCE DIT alumni. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and committed to strengthening our alumni network.
