POSITION:

Job Title:             Warehouse Manager

Location:            Columbus, Ohio

The Opportunity….  

The Warehouse Manager leads our Columbus storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials are processed according to internal ISO procedures for both internal and external customers. This role also has responsibility over inventory accuracy and material picking accuracy. 

 You will make an impact by….  

• Leading a team to ultimately own all inventories  
• Monitoring associates and their work ensuring safe and efficient use of warehouse equipment  
• Optimizing current processes through introduction of industry best practices  
• Setting warehouse and team goals in collaboration with top management  
• Lead company initiatives with regard to special stock disposition(slow moving, QC Hold, MRBR, etc.)  
• Establishing operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current  
• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics  
• Provide hands on leadership of the distribution center including interviewing, hiring, and training supervisory and hourly staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; and appraising performance to create a strong company culture  

The talent we want to inspire has..

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field required. 
• 7+ years of experience related experience in a manufacturing environment  
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple ERP systems (SAP preferred)  
• Experience with multi-discipline CAD systems
